Job Resbonsblities

·       Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

·       Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

·       Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.

·       Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Proven track record in sales, particularly in the utilities or energy sectors.

·        Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

·        Familiarity with the power and water industries, including regulatory frameworks and technological advancements.

·        Proficiency in English.

Preferrable

·        Good connection in KSA market including utility companies and government agencies.
