As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing them with excellent service and support throughout their travel experience. Your role will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat quickly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling reservations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and travel industry trends.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Experience with the Amadeus booking system.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
