This position is crucial for overseeing the commercial operations related to our innovative projects aimed at revolutionizing the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the financial viability of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full range of commercial activities for assigned projects, including financial modeling, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align commercial objectives with project goals.
- Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic actions that drive growth and performance.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and partners to secure optimal commercial terms.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and provide insights for improvement to senior management.
- Mentor and develop junior commercial team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure project alignment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on large-scale projects in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering successful commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
