Talent 360 is hiring a Production Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience for one of its clients.

Expected Job Role:

Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Assist in the procurement and installation of new equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment.
Coordinate with production planning and materials management teams.
Monitor production progress and identify potential delays.
Assist in the development of production schedules and plans.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment.
Provide technical support to production staff, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving production problems.
Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity.
Design and optimize production layouts and workflows.
Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and six sigma principles.
Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
