Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Architect/Facility Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning effective facility layouts that enhance operational efficiency and meet the needs of our clients across various industries.
Your expertise will play a significant role in creating functional spaces that not only adhere to aesthetics but also comply with safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and design requirements
- Develop comprehensive facility layouts and architectural designs
- Prepare accurate drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations
- Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and safety regulations
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Present design concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architectural design and facility planning
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety practices
- Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and facility planning work
