JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated Contract Engineer to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently, and adhere to the company's standards and legal requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating productive relationships between contractors, clients, and stakeholders, ultimately driving the success of our infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to define contract requirements and expectations
- Monitor contract performance and provide input on contract amendments
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within contracts
- Record and maintain all records related to contract management and correspondence
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management principles
- Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
