Software Tester ..

iCareer is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and/or automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and track them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand features and enhancements.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or updates.
• Validate that new features work as intended before release.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide input from a QA perspective.
• Continuously contribute to improving testing processes and tools.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies and testing for cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• No code technology experience is a huge plus
