JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are thoroughly analyzed and documented. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting project managers and stakeholders by providing timely and precise cost assessments.
As an Estimator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project budgets, evaluate project specifications, and assess the associated costs to enhance project performance. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of detailed cost estimates for projects by analyzing project plans and specifications.
- Assist project teams in developing budgets and forecasting project expenditures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure accurate pricing.
- Review and analyze project proposals, contracts, and specifications to identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate cost databases and assist in benchmarking efforts.
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on budget status and cost estimates.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in cost estimation or a similar role within the construction sector.
- Proficient in estimating software and tools.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
