Senior BIM Management Specialist

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Senior BIM Management Specialist to elevate our operations and support our commitment to excellence in project delivery. This position, based in Saudi Arabia, is critical for integrating advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices into our workflows, enhancing collaboration, and optimizing project outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading BIM initiatives across various projects, developing BIM Execution Plans, and ensuring compliance with international BIM standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster an innovative environment where dedication to quality and efficiency thrives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of Project Employer Information Requirements (EIR) to align with our strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive BIM Execution Plans that cater to specific project needs.
• Serve as a go-to resource for project teams, navigating BIM-related queries and challenges.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a well-managed Common Data Environment for seamless information sharing.
• Assist in the integration and management of the F&E Asset Information Model (AIM) after project completion to ensure accurate and accessible data.
• Oversee the implementation of information management processes that support the effective development and utilization of BIM and Digital Twin models throughout the project lifecycle.
