The Portfolio Scheduler at JASARA PMC plays a crucial role in ensuring that all projects and programs under the F&E (Facilities & Engineering) division are effectively managed and coordinated. This role involves maintaining the master schedule for various projects, assessing the impact of missed milestones, and providing guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with F&E standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the interface management between multiple projects and programs.
  • Controlling the master schedule and advising on corrective actions for any schedule delays.
  • Maintaining and reviewing schedules to mitigate the risk of optimism bias, benchmark them with other projects, and ensure accurate cost and resource loading.
  • Reviewing submissions from outsourced consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with F&E standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio schedule management.

Skills:

  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Expertise in risk, opportunity, and issue management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control.
  • Competence in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and management.
  • Knowledge in auditing and compliance.
