Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the transformation of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are eager to add to our expert team a Senior Specialist – Landscape. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the landscape design and implementation efforts that contribute to the vibrant and sustainable environments we create.
As a Senior Specialist in Landscape, you will work alongside the Landscape Manager and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of innovative landscape projects that align with Qiddiya's vision. Your expertise in landscape architecture will ensure that all design solutions are aesthetically pleasing and environmentally considerate, making a lasting impact on our outdoor spaces.
Your role will involve collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of landscapes into our overall development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of landscape design projects, ensuring alignment with sustainable practices and project goals.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and ecological evaluations to guide landscape design decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine and optimize landscape designs, overseeing their implementation on-site.
- Review and maintain quality control for landscape documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to facilitate successful project delivery, monitoring progress and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Prepare and present project proposals and design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Stay informed about advancements in landscape architecture, materials, and sustainable practices to enhance design effectiveness.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or design, with an emphasis on project participation.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, environmental sustainability, and construction methods.
- Competency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with sustainable landscaping practices and local ecological considerations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative landscape solutions that enhance user experience and environmental quality.
