Product Owner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team and serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and the development team. The Product Owner will play a key role in defining requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and aligning project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business goals into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
  
• Review and confirm user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility, reducing the need for change requests (CRs) and optimizing development time.
  
• Ensure that development outputs meet quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and documented requirements.
  
• Actively contribute to User Acceptance Testing to validate product functionality and user satisfaction.
  
• Clearly communicate deliverables, timelines, and project updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
  
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to maintain focus and prioritize deliverables.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment
  
• Previous experience in a banking or lending company is required, with a solid understanding of financial products, lending workflows, and regulatory requirements
  
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement
  
• Familiarity with UAT processes and Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
