Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and experienced Project Director, Hotels. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of hotel projects that align with our vision for an extraordinary entertainment and leisure destination. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive high-caliber hospitality projects that will redefine guest experiences in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle hotel project management, from initial concept development through to final handover and operational readiness.
  • Develop and manage project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design and build quality aligns with brand standards and project goals.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards, while managing schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and updates with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with various contractors, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support the transition to operational readiness by ensuring that all systems and processes are in place before opening.
  • Implement best practices in project management that ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale hotel projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, design processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a varied range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Experience in navigating complex regulatory environments is preferred.
