Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing an excellent entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Manager – Transport Modeler to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced transport modeling techniques to optimize transportation systems and enhance the overall visitor experience within Qiddiya.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of transport models to analyze transportation systems and traffic flow within the Qiddiya project area.
- Utilize state-of-the-art modeling software and tools to simulate transportation scenarios and identify optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate transportation modeling with overall project planning and design.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support transport modeling efforts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging trends in transport modeling and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in transport modeling practices.
- Mentor and guide junior staff in transport modeling techniques and best practices.
- Work closely with external consultants and government agencies to align modeling efforts with broader transportation strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in transport modeling and traffic engineering.
- Proven expertise in transport modeling software (e.g., VISSIM, SATURN, Synchro)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local transportation regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
