JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director (Anchor and Regional Assets) to join our team. As a leading program management company, we are committed to delivering excellence in every project we undertake. This particular role focuses on managing anchor and regional assets projects, which are critical to the development and growth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage anchor and regional assets projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, strategies, and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on anchor and regional assets projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction industry is preferred
