In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic aims and financial goals.

As the Commercial Manager, you will oversee various aspects of commercial strategy, including budgeting, financial forecasting, market analysis, and contract management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable timely delivery and maximize project outcomes while managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive project success and enhance profitability.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to support integrated project delivery and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing commercial team.

  • Proven negotiation skills and experience with complex contracts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
