Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Commercial to join our dynamic team. This role is key in facilitating commercial strategies and ensuring the successful execution of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with multiple departments to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that support overall organizational objectives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyses to uncover opportunities and inform decision-making
- Lead and support the negotiation and execution of contracts in alignment with company policies
- Collaborate with project teams to establish budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analyses
- Monitor project financial health, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Manage risks associated with commercial operations and ensure prompt resolution of issues

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably in the development or construction industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
