Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Project Engineer with 2+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, execution, and client communication, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily activities at residential construction sites.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of works as per project plans and specifications.
- Ensure accurate detailing and manage construction documentation.
- Take complete ownership of the site, from setup to handover.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding project progress and requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design and execution phases.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of site operations, execution processes, and project coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage detailed execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Dubai) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
