As the Governance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and transparency of our operations, solidifying our commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape governance frameworks and drive improvements across Qiddiya's diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor on governance matters, providing guidance to leadership and project teams.
- Coordinate governance committee meetings, ensuring effective agenda management, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of governance risks and compliance with established policies.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization through training and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to governance frameworks and best practices.
- Regularly report on governance activities, compliance status, and areas for improvement to senior management.
