Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and proficient Manager – Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance initiatives across various projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that our products and services exceed quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the UX\UI design guide and ensure enforcement across the business
- Design the UX\UI data product across the organization starting with the mockups and prototypes
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the highest standards of data product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, development, and design, to define quality standards and ensure alignment
- Establish and enforce quality metrics, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal UI\UX quality standards
- Provide guidance to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Product Quality Assurance or in a similar role in data-driven environments.
- Certifications in product management, project management, change management, quality assurance or other data-related domains
- Knowledge of data-related regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PDPL, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) is a plus.
