Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Commercial to join our team and help lead the charge in developing a premier entertainment and lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of various projects, ensuring that objectives are met while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy and direction for multiple high-profile projects within the Qiddiya development portfolio.
  • Support the commercial and operational teams by providing market insights, feasibility analyses, and financial assessments to guide project decisions.
  • Conduct negotiations and manage agreements with partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure the best outcomes for Qiddiya's initiatives.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and performance reports aimed at achieving financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial objectives with project delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor contractual compliance and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for commercial endeavors.
  • Prepare and present detailed analyses and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 related years of experience in commercial management, with a solid background in large-scale projects, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and commercial strategy development.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
