Project Manager - ALM FTP & Technology Stack Design

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager with proven expertise in ALM (Asset Liability Management) and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of IT, playing a key role in architecting and designing the technology stack, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for ALM and FTP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors) to define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Assist the Head of IT in technology strategy, including defining architecture, selecting tools, and optimizing platforms.
• Design and review system architecture and tech stack for performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Track project progress using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs where required.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity policies.
