Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, you will play a key role in driving revenue and strengthening our market presence. drive growth across our advanced IT portfolio, including data management solutions, AI-powered technologies, and enterprise cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale account management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and competitive intelligence
- Handle client issues with professionalism and ensure timely resolution

1. Fixed Salary
2. eligible for Variable salary when reaching 50% of target with a maximum 12 months paid based on the collection.
3. eligible for commission when reaching 75% of target with a maximum 12 months paid based on the collection.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, account management and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of IT products and services such as cloud computing, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Specific Sector Like (Banking, PIF, Oil & Gaz ,…..).
