- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 9-12 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong emphasis on finance recruitment
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring high-caliber finance professionals
- Solid understanding of finance roles, market trends, and talent landscape
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment channels and platforms to attract candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
