Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and energetic Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing team in Cairo, focused on the GCC market. As an ADR, you'll play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, nurturing relationships, and setting up qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for tech, a hunter mindset, and a deep understanding of business culture across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify: Research and identify potential clients in the GCC region through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Initiate conversations with key stakeholders (IT, procurement, department heads) to understand their needs.
  • Educate & Inspire: Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS solutions and tailor messaging to the prospect’s pain points and goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build strong go-to-market strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights to product and marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market trends.
  • Localization: Ensure communications and messaging resonate with the local culture, language nuances, and business etiquette across GCC countries.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation, preferably with exposure to the GCC market.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of GCC Market: Familiarity with business practices in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • Tools: Proficient with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Drive: Self-starter with a resilient, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions to industries like finance, logistics, healthcare, or retail in the GCC.
  • Experience attending regional events, expos, or industry conferences.
  • A network of business contacts in the Gulf region.
