Job Purpose:

Responsible for setting up and preparing online stores, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects of the store are activated effectively. This includes store configuration, interface customization, product uploads, and setting up payment and shipping options—while ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Store Setup:

  • Customize templates and interfaces to align with the brand’s identity.
  • Accurately list and categorize products on the platform, including adding images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Configure and update shipping and payment details based on the store’s needs.

Integration with Payment and Shipping Systems:

  • Ensure seamless integration of various payment gateways with the online store.
  • Set up both local and international shipping options smoothly, and regularly test the purchasing process to ensure proper functionality.

User Experience Optimization:

  • Ensure a seamless browsing and purchasing experience on the platform.
  • Conduct A/B testing for the user interface and implement improvements for faster page loading.
  • Provide solutions to user experience issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ongoing Technical Support:

  • Provide continuous technical support to resolve any issues related to the online store.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

  • Coordinate with specialized teams to meet merchant needs.
  • Work closely with technical support and development teams to resolve any store-related technical issues.

Keeping Up with Technology Trends:

  • Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce technologies and site optimization tools.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve online store performance.
  • Deliver full training to merchants on how to use the platform effectively.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or support (e-commerce/SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with online store setup or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions and present them effectively.
  • High adaptability to rapid changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse merchants.
