Senior Manager - Network Security

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled professional to join our team as the Senior Manager - Network Security. In this influential role, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a secure network environment, protecting critical information, and ensuring that all network security protocols are in place and effective.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the network security strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network security engineers and analysts.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into network architecture.

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security tools.

- Monitor network traffic for vulnerabilities, anomalies, and potential threats.

- Ensure secure configuration of routers, switches, and wireless networks.

- Lead incident response efforts for network-related security breaches or attacks.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively mitigate risks.

- Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers.

- Oversee budgeting for network security tools, training, and resources.

- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
