Overview:
The Director – Community Assets at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and management of community-based assets that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that community assets meet the needs of the public while aligning with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya City.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and development of community assets, including parks, recreational facilities, and public spaces.
- Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and engineers to ensure the design and functionality of community spaces are innovative and inclusive.
- Oversee the implementation of community asset projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather input and feedback on community asset development and management.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, governments, and businesses to foster community engagement and collaboration.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management and maintenance of community assets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of community assets, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to enhance their usage and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations in all community asset projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Qiddiya leadership and stakeholders detailing project status, feedback, and community impact.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in community asset management, urban planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading successful community development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations concerning community development and asset management.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis related to community asset projects.
