You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop, maintain, and enhance BIM models, while also providing guidance and training to staff on best practices and software usage. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and processes in line with project requirements.
- Lead the BIM coordination process between various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integration.
- Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for BIM enhancements and innovations.
- Provide training and support to internal staff on BIM tools, applications, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in BIM technology and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 7 years of experience in BIM management and implementation in the construction industry.
- Proficient (and Certification) in Revit, Revit MEP, Plant3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and modeling best practices.
- Experience with IFC, COBie, and other data standards related to BIM.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to project management.
