Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Director - Sponsorship and Partnership. This pivotal position is critical in fostering relationships and securing sponsorships that drive the success of our groundbreaking entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sponsorship and partnership strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to create valuable partnerships that enhance our brand presence and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Qiddiya's sponsorship strategy, including identifying target sectors, industries, and potential sponsors.
  • Ensure that related sponsorship events and activations are professionally planned and delivered to a high degree of quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective sponsors, including corporations, brands, and organizations, to secure sponsorship agreements.
  • Negotiate sponsorship deals and contracts, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's brand values, objectives, and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and events teams, to create compelling sponsorship packages and activations.
  • Manage existing sponsor relationships, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations and delivering exceptional value to sponsors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sponsorship management, leveraging insights to enhance Qiddiya's sponsorship offerings.
  • Develop and oversee the sponsorship budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Lead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive success.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in partnership development, sponsorship management, or business development within the entertainment or leisure sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully securing high-value sponsorships and partnerships, preferably in the entertainment, sports, or culture sector
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on results and accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in using CRM and analytics tools to track partnership performance
