Qiddiya Investment Company is a groundbreaking initiative set to redefine the landscape of entertainment, sports, and culture in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as the Director – Infrastructure. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and management of our infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall infrastructure strategy and implementation for all phases of projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s vision and master plan.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of infrastructure systems across the site.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Attend meetings with project stakeholders to present updates, address concerns, and ensure clarity on project objectives and progress.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles and challenges in project delivery.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure performance and sustainability.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress against key performance indicators, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on large-scale developments.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
