Job Purpose

Design and implement the overall architecture strategy and roadmap for our AMG and collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to align technology solutions with AMG business objectives and drive innovation

Technical Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture documentation and framework to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. And to enable efficient and effective implementation of business strategies.
• Define and communicate the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including executive leadership and IT teams to increase the understanding and the support for the enterprise architecture strategy, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define comprehensive business and technical requirements to identify technology solutions to address current and future needs to enhance business agility and competitiveness through the implementation of appropriate technology solutions.
  
  

Administrative Accountabilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and document application, data, and infrastructure architectures. To document architecture blueprints, guiding the development and integration of technology solutions.
• Participate in evaluating and selecting software and technology vendors, to ensure alignment with architectural standards and principles. And to Successfully partnerships with vendors, leading to the adoption of reliable and scalable technology solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams during the development and implementation phases, to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and consistent and standardized technology implementations, minimizing risks and maximizing value.
• Perform periodic reviews and assessments of the enterprise architecture to identify areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to proactive identification and adoption of innovative technologies, driving digital transformation and competitive advantage.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of (6-10) years as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), and methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and documenting application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
