As the Supply Chain Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products and materials through our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from planning and procurement to distribution and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with IIQAF's goals and objectives
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels for production and customer demand
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
  • Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract management
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all products meet food safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Production and Marketing, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
  • Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the supply chain process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and external partners
