We are launching a new comprehensive crypto investment platform catering to retail and institutional investors with unique differentiation points and value proposition. The product offering will include a crypto exchange, staking and advanced yield offerings, a lending offering and operating the platform's own coin.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and handle all type of enquires, requests and issues whether general, technical or operational received through M2’s channels and platforms (Emails, Chats or Social Media DMs
  • Adhere to working hours and breaks
  • Checks all channels for new contacts and pending tickets
  • Avoiding tickets to breach and impact SLAs
  • Escalates pending and new tickets to relevant departments
  • Own the follow up to resolution
  • Handle customers with care and respect
  • Follows leadership directions and goals
  • Reports VOC (Voice of customer) to CX leadership
  • Reports any system issues/errors/technical problems on spot
  • Flags any immediate attention concerns or issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Crypto/FinTech Space.
  • University Graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role/position.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English (additional language skills would be beneficial).
  • Good Analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills.
  • High ability to work under pressure.
  • Great time management skills.
