HR Business Partner (Arabic Speaking)

Our client, a leader in their field, based in DIFC, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Team.

This role will be pivotal in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. Reporting to the VP of HR, this is a pure all encompassing HR Generalist role and will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to; recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures, payroll management, recruitment, visa processes and performance management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and optimizing HR processes to support the company's objectives and will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Process payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, talent management, year end reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure alignment between HR policies and overall business objectives.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and individual career goals.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles within the UAE and strong labour law experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software.
  • Understanding of Financial services organizational practices would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
