Role Overview

  • Work closely with Analytics and Data Science to define, monitor and analyze metrics for new and existing features and products, identifying trends and looking for areas of optimization
  • Develop product vision, strategy, market /user research by keeping customer at the center of everything we do while using design thinking tools
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Evangelize new capabilities across the company using the appropriate channels to drive adoption and impact
  • Perform product discovery to identify areas of opportunities/improvements for new and existing capabilities

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify, structure, and communicate information for all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with product leaders to synthesize their needs into product requirements for your products
  • University degree, ideally with technical or business background or a mix of education and experience
