As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a crucial role within our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
  • Assisting customers with product troubleshooting and technical support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of training materials and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
