Your Mission

This position is responsible for providing Field Services operational inputs to supply chain design & operations. Ensuring process alignment and improvement between Field Services Operations team and Supply Chain teams

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Single point of contact for Field Services Logistics Offer management.
  • Participate to Field Service Logistics offer preparation (business inputs)
  • Support deployment/communication across the Field Services organization
  • Set and update the Field Services Logistic Offer in collaboration with business, Finance, CCC, CS&Q
  • Own and maintain Field Services Logistic Offer enablement (CPC, Internal Customer master data) – by delegation or in partnership with Logistic Territory CLO Manager
  • Assess the relevancy of the Field Services Logistic Offer based on regular business feedback from Field Services Sales, Marketing and Operations as well as customer inputs.
  • Monitor and drive resolution of Customer claims generated by Field Services Supply Chain
  • Animate with Field Services team Customer interactions (reactive from claims, proactive visits, research, CLO, and action plan communications)
  • Contribution to Spare Parts Stocking Plan:
  • Provide installed base data.
  • Communicate to Supply Chain new product introduction plans & service termination plans (end of life) and associated impact on parts requirements.
  • Maintain lead-times requirements (deducted from Operations response time ambition by geography and by type of contract)
  • Validate the stocking plan (i.e., which part stocked where) in the name of FS Operations.
  • Provide inputs from Operations to improve/adjust stocking plan based upon actual failure or known exceptions.
  • Forecasting inputs for Planned events
  • Provide quantitative inputs on country preventive replacement demand:
  • From Scheduled preventive interventions
  • From Sales Opportunities
  • Provide quantitative inputs on country preventive upgrades (i.e., Field Services Bulletin)
  • Implementation Plan & Status
  • Remaining requirements for completion
  • Any other useful business information (campaigns/business dynamics/seasonality)
  • Leads Cluster Field Services SIOP processes.
  • Builds rules and practices within the Cluster which drive the Stocking Strategies to best balance inventory and Lead time for Offered Spares
  • Ensures that FS Logistics Territory (Ecosystem) Demand & Inventory Plans and Master Data are maintained.
  • Drives Synchronization Reviews to improve collaboration and forecasting.
  • Actively Drives Process improvement activities within the cluster and with Peers using the appropriate channels including Skills Networks, community tools and with the Global SC teams.
  • In-country referent for Supply Chain related processes

  • Offer / Master Data management.
  • Reverse Logistics management
  • Measure and improve performance of the local Supply Chain for Field Services activities.
  • Deploy the Global Field Services Supply Chain Scorecard
  • Run weekly/ monthly performance capture process per GSC.
  • Drive the Performance improvement across KPIs.
  • Drive the Performance Review process between GSC management and Field Services Management
  • With main countries of the logistics territory
  • With Cluster Field Services Leaders and Global Field Services Supply-Chain

Qualifications

About You

  • Education bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or similar
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required,
  • 6-10 Years of Experience in Supply Chain operations & Logistics (transport, distribution center, manufacturing)
  • Experience in projects management, or cross-functional management of process performance
  • Customer facing / support experience (CCC Filed Services, CLO)
  • Ability to deal with crisis management, handle exceptions.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain planning processes: Forecasting, Inventory planning, DRP/MRP
  • Knowledge in ERPs and Supply Chain Planning IT Tool
