Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data-driven solutions to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and develop data-driven strategies to achieve them
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions for data cleaning and preprocessing
Apply various statistical and machine-learning techniques to model complex data and extract meaningful insights
Create reports and visualizations to communicate analysis findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making processes based on historical data
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing data models and algorithms
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and bring new methods and technologies to the team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Solid understanding of statistical models and machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies and techniques in data science
