Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA and relevant certification (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading business transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of the banking industry, its operations, products, and regulatory environment
Extensive consulting experience, preferably with a focus on process optimization, organizational change, and digital transformation
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) is critical
Strong in creating compelling PowerPoint presentation to communicate complex ideas, transformation strategies, and project updates
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement
