Roles & Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, and management to ensure the company’s financial health, sustainability, and growth. He / She is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, implementing best practices, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the business goals.
• Pricing Strategy: Implement pricing models that maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Capital Allocation: Optimize capital allocation across business units and investment opportunities.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Automation: Drive process automation within the finance function for efficiency gains.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Certification: CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to align financial decisions with business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
