About Role:

Are you someone who pays attention to details, stays organized, and loves supporting human resources? Join us as an HR Assistant and be a key player in keeping HR operations running smoothly. An HR assistant is expected to have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to think conceptually. In this role, you'll assist with various tasks like paperwork, helping new hires get started (onboarding), assisting with departures (offboarding), and arranging travel plans.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main things they will do:


  1. Support all inquiries or requests internal and external related to HR
  2. Help with hiring processes by posting job ads, checking resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  3. Arrange orientation and onboarding for new hires.
  4. Keep employee records accurate and private.
  5. Handle paperwork for changes like promotions, transfers, and exits.
  6. Assist with benefits like signing up and making changes.
  7. Answer questions from employees about HR rules, steps, and benefits.
  8. Support HR projects and plans when needed.
  9. Help the HR team with tasks like setting up meetings and keeping schedules.
Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field is essential.
  • Past experience in HR or an administrative role is a plus.
  • Be good at organizing and managing your time.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be good with people.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to handle private and sensitive information carefully.
  • Pay attention to small details and make sure things are right.
  • Can manage tasks and work on your own.
  • Knowing about HRIS systems is a bonus.
