Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Address employee concerns and complaints promptly and confidentially.
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs, including performance management and recognition initiatives.
  • Manage employee leaves of absence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on compensation and benefits trends within the industry.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollment and claims processing. 

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a progressive HR role
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and information systems.
