Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare process / piping drawings and BIM models for a wide range of infrastructure and oil & gas projects involving treatment of water and wastewater (sewage, industrial effluent and produced water), seawater intakes and pumping stations, utilities, and drainage.
  • Responsible for ensuring technical quality, coordination, integrity, and cost effectiveness of drawings produced.
  • Follow guidelines, standards, and procedures to effectively execute assigned work.
  • Ensure that the level of design work is appropriate for the complexity of the construction tasks.
  • Interface with other members of the design and management team on multiple discipline projects including with the Global Delivery Centres when required.
  • Adhere to assigned budgets and schedules.
  • Check compliance with QA/Safety/Environment goals.
  • Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Quality Management System.
  • Safety – Responsible for personal safety and implementing safe working practices.
  • HSE – Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Job Specific Experience

  • Relevant years of design experience in a range of industrial infrastructure projects.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Experience working in the Middle East.
  • Experience in industrial infrastructure and oil & gas projects.

Education (qualifications, Accreditation, Training)

  • A relevant Diploma in Engineering.
  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering would be preferable.
