Adree is currently hiring for the position of QC Manager. As the QC Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the quality control processes to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines
- Training and supervising the QC team members
- Monitoring and analyzing product quality and performance
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participating in audits and inspections
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in quality control and a deep understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control
- Managing at minumum of 10 Team mebers.
- Solid experience in Automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
