​Utilize their abilities by partnering with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between identified business needs and the technical teams to deliver solutions that will help us create an end-to-end digital journeys

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the discovery team and the PO to understand the business requirements and user needs.

Communicate with various departments of the bank and gather data for accurate analysis and analyze the defined bank policies configured within bank's software.

Analyze all the system parties related to an existing process along with their dependencies to deliver a world-class digital journey.

Identify the needed changes and how each team will contribute to it along with their buy-ins to enable feature/user story in the product backlog.

Elicit, analyze, specify and verify business requirements

Create high-level requirement documents (BRDs, SRSs, RFCs) and align and approve it across different IT teams.

Help technical teams to create optimal use cases

Coordinate with testing team during various phases

Perform and help other teams conduct UAT.

Deliver presentations & demonstrate the product’s capabilities to different stakeholders.

Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems

Banking knowledge is a must.

Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, obtain, capture, validate and document business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy.

Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience around the Banking & Finance Domain

Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as

Aware and well versed with SDLC

Knowledge of requirement gathering tools

Good communication and documentation skills in the English language

Ability to define & explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.

Knowledge about customer service, sales and marketing aspects within a bank.

Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tool like MS Visio & Miro.

Understanding of the Retail Banking Operations.

Preferred experience in implementing Banking CRM solutions
