About Role:

We're currently looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Dubai. In this role, you'll provide administrative support and help with various office tasks to keep things running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main things they will be responsible:


  1. Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when needed.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.
  4. Organize office filing systems and maintain documents.
  5. Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  6. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  7. Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  8. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and petty cash.
  9. Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
  10. Provide general/basic administrative support to office staff and management.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
