About The Job:
We are seeking a Digital Experience Architect to innovate and enhance omnichannel customer journeys within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on utilizing a broad array of digital tools and platforms to create seamless, personalized healthcare experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
❏ Digital Integration: Expertly integrate various digital tools and platforms to enhance the customer journey across all channels.
❏ Experience Design: Leverage technology to design seamless and personalized experiences that cater to the unique needs of healthcare users at every touchpoint.
❏ Health Tech Interoperability: Ensure the seamless exchange and integration of health data across different systems and platforms, enhancing the functionality and user experience of healthcare services.
❏ Innovation and Strategy: Continuously assess and adopt emerging technologies that can improve the digital interactions within healthcare environments.
❏ Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with IT, design teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure that digital strategies align with overall business goals and regulatory standards.

❏ Minimum 7 years of experience
❏ Proven experience as a Digital Architect, preferably within the healthcare sector.
❏ Proven track record of integrating digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
❏ Strong background in health tech interoperability and a deep understanding of related regulatory requirements.
❏ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
❏ Excellent communication and project management abilities.
