Responsibilities

- Proactively contact customers to offer support, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using customer management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
