Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to problem-solve will be essential in ensuring the success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and communicate with the project team, including contractors, architects, and engineers
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction quality and progress
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction schedules and milestones
• Train and mentor construction crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision or related role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Certification in construction management or related field is preferred
